What is it?

The R.O.C.K. weekend (Reaching Out to Christ's Kids) is a two-day summer retreat intended to give youth a solid foundation of understanding and truth on which to develop or further a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

All teaching is based on the Bible as God's Word. The team strives to demonstrate both God's love and our own, hoping that anybody who has not put his or her faith in God will recognize, understand, and accept God's gift of salvation from sin. For those young adults who already have a relationship with Christ, we seek  to help them develop a fuller understanding of what that salvation means and how to lives intimately connect to Jesus.

Who can attend?

Anyone who has completed their freshman year of high school and is under the age of 21 may attend a weekend.

How do I sign up?

To attend the weekend for the first time, fill out an attendee application.

To work a weekend, fill out our team application.

What positions are available?

There are a number of positions to fill on team each year, all equally important, but that may require different spirtiual gifts or skills. The leaders for each weekend will prayerfully consider where to place each member on the team. We ask that anyone applying to be on team do so with an open heart, willing to serve wholeheartedly in whatever role they are assigned.

Can I still attend if I can only make part of the weekend?

The R.O.C.K. weekend is intended to be experienced in its entirety. The board has made minor exceptions in extenuating circumstances and will consider them on a case by case basis, however those situations are rare. When planning to attend a R.O.C.K. weekend, you should plan to be available for the full event.
